Bloodwork that finally gets read. Services that feel like a treat. A team that knows your body. Come for what you want. Stay for what you need.
Start where you are
You've been told it's "just stress." It isn't.
33% of women say they've felt dismissed in a medical setting.
Most women spend years going from doctor to doctor, told their symptoms are normal. Hormone imbalances get missed. Gut dysfunction goes untreated.
We listen. We test. We treat.

What you want

What you need
Test, plan, treat, stay
Four steps designed around your body, your background, your life.

01
Start with the full picture
We don't guess — we test. Your labs and our Wellness Exam tell us what's actually going on.

02
A plan built around your body and life
No two women are the same. Whether its skin, weight, menopause, PMOS or "I just don't feel like myself" — we build the program to fit you.

03
Find out why, not just what
A symptom is a signal. We follow it to the cause — hormones, inflammation, thyroid, digestion. Then we treat the root, not the surface.

04
We stay with you
Within two weeks, 95% of our clients report a reduction in symptoms. Memberships continue the care.
Trusted by women on their health journey
Real stories from women who found support, answers, and care that met them where they were.
What is Sela?
Sela is a women’s health club based in Harlem, New York, where functional medicine and aesthetics live under one roof. We start with bloodwork most doctors skip, read it properly, and build care around what it actually shows — not just the symptoms.
Where is Sela located?
Our first location is in Harlem, New York, at 2116 Frederick Douglass Blvd. We’re planning 3–5 more locations across the coasts within five years.
Is Sela covered by insurance?
The bloodwork portion of the Wellness Exam is billed through insurance and is typically fully covered — most clients pay $0 out of pocket for labs. The Wellness Exam visit itself is $200 and is HSA/FSA eligible.
How much does a Sela membership cost?
$169 a month, cancel anytime. Membership includes a Wellness Exam and bloodwork in month one, one service every month — facial, IV, colonic, or lymphatic massage — plus member pricing on everything else.
What makes Sela different from a regular checkup?
A standard annual physical runs about 15 minutes and orders roughly 19 biomarkers. Sela’s Wellness Exam runs 60 minutes, orders 100+ biomarkers, and includes a follow-up to walk through what the results actually mean.
Who is Sela for?
Women who’ve been told their symptoms are “just stress” — hormone imbalances, gut issues, fatigue, and symptoms that get dismissed elsewhere. Within two weeks, 95% of Sela clients report a reduction in symptoms.
